Terms of Service:
We want to make sure we respect your time and ours, so we strive to have clear and upfront policies to prevent any misunderstandings or problems. Our goal is to ensure that everyone understands our policies in a friendly and straightforward way.
Turn Around Time:
We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to getting your property on the market, and we're committed to delivering high-quality photos in a timely manner. While we aim to deliver most shoots the very next day, please note that this cannot be guaranteed. However, we still commit to delivering all photos within 48 hours of the shoot. If your shoot includes virtual staging or videos, the delivery time may take a bit longer, but we will always communicate with you and provide an estimated timeframe for delivery.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled shoot. This will allow us to offer the time slot to someone else who may need it. However, if a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window, a fee of $50 will be charged.
Please note that if we arrive at the property for the shoot and are unable to proceed due to reasons such as cancellation without prior notice, denied access to the property, or if the property is not prepared for photos, then the shoot is considered complete and you will not receive a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so please let us know as soon as possible if any issues arise so we can work with you to find a solution beforehand.
Staging & Cleaning:
At our company, we take pride in capturing stunning photos of your property. We want to ensure that your property looks its absolute best in the photos, so we kindly request that you and your client take the necessary steps to prepare the property for the shoot. Before the scheduled shoot, we recommend inspecting the property and identifying any areas that may need staging or attention.
We don't offer cleaning services, but we are more than happy to reschedule the shoot if needed. To ensure the best possible outcome for the shoot, we ask that any personal & hygiene items in the bathrooms, such as soap, razors, and toothbrushes, be put away prior to the shoot. Please keep in mind that we are unable to move large and heavy items, including furniture and appliances, during the shoot.
Return Shoots:
We know that unexpected things can happen, and sometimes a property may not be fully ready for the shoot even though we were told it would be. In such cases, we're happy to return to the property and re-shoot certain rooms for a return trip fee of $100. Our goal is to ensure that you're completely satisfied with the final product, and we'll do everything we can to make that happen. So if you need us to come back for any reason, just let us know and we'll be there to get the shots you need.
Privacy Policy:
At our company, we take your privacy seriously. We want to assure you that we will never sell your personal information to any third party, nor will we give it away. The only information we store is your name and contact details, which are securely kept in your personal Client Portal for your convenience.
